We believe that the local church is God’s primary instrument for making disciples. Every ministry at Tumbling Shoals Baptist Church exists to support that mission — to see men, women, and children grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, equipped to live faithfully in every area of life.
Our Ministries
Sunday Bible Study
Classes for every age, from nursery through older adults. Sunday School at TSBC is not a warm-up to the real thing — it is serious Bible study taught by faithful members who love God’s Word.
Women’s Ministry — Growing in Grace
Women at TSBC gather weekly in the Word. The Growing in Grace ministry meets on the 2nd Sunday evening each month and at other times throughout the year for in-depth Bible study, fellowship, and mutual encouragement in the faith.
Men’s Discipleship
A three-year servant leadership training program. Men meet monthly with assigned reading and homework between sessions. This is discipleship that costs something — and produces something.
Student Ministry
Sunday School and Wednesday evening Bible study for students. Students at TSBC are not entertained — they are discipled.
Biblical Counseling
ACBC-certified biblical counselors offer free, confidential counseling rooted entirely in the sufficiency of God’s Word. No problem is too large for the gospel. Learn More
