Anxiety, worry, and fear are common struggles in a fallen world. Even sincere believers who love Christ can find themselves weighed down by racing thoughts, sleepless nights, and concerns about the future. Yet God has not left His people without help. His Word speaks clearly, graciously, and powerfully to the anxious heart.
I’m thankful to share that a new booklet is now available: Overcoming Anxiety God’s Way: A Biblical Guide to Finding Peace from Worry and Fear (Philippians 4:4–9).

This short booklet is written to provide practical biblical help for Christians who want to deal with anxiety, worry, and fear through the truth of Scripture. Walking step by step through Philippians 4:4–9, it shows how God calls His people to rejoice in the Lord, replace worry with prayer, renew the mind with truth, and rest in the peace of God.
My desire in writing this booklet is to put a clear, accessible, and thoroughly biblical resource into the hands of believers who need encouragement and direction from God’s Word. Rather than offering worldly coping strategies or vague encouragement, this booklet aims to point readers to the sufficiency of Scripture and the lasting hope found in Jesus Christ.
In this booklet, readers will find help on questions like these:
- How does Scripture describe anxiety?
- What does Paul mean when he says, “Do not be anxious about anything”?
- How does prayer replace worry?
- What is the peace of God, and how does it guard our hearts and minds?
- How should Christians think biblically in seasons of fear and uncertainty?
This booklet would be helpful not only for personal reading, but also for discipleship, counseling, and giving to someone who may be walking through a season of anxiety or fear.

If the booklet is helpful to you, I’d also be grateful if you would consider leaving a brief review on Amazon. Reviews help other readers discover biblical resources that point them to the truth of God’s Word.
Please feel free to share this resource with others who may benefit from it.
In Christ,
